Vitamins A, C and D
contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Calcium and vitamin D
Calcium is needed for, and vitamin D contributes to, the maintenance of normal bones.
B2, B5, vitamin C and magnesium
contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid (B5) also contributes to normal mental performance.
Vitamin A and riboflavin (B2)
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. Both contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.
Also in every spoon: vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The short version: a vitamin and mineral blend, chicory root fibre, citric acid, natural berry flavouring and stevia.

How much sugar is in it?
No added sugar. Each serving contains 0.1g of naturally occurring sugars, and it's sweetened with stevia.
